Our small-batch mushroom jerky is made from our fresh mushrooms that have been marinated in a delicious sauce and slowly dehydrated. They contain a medley of different mushrooms that may include oysters, shiitake, maitake, pioppino, chestnut, beech, and king oysters. The marinade contains some chili paste so expect a slight afterburn.
