Kale & Mushrooms #1 - Bacon Fried Chips
Let's take everything nutritious about kale and mushrooms and even it out with a "healthy" coating of bacon fat :P

Ingredients:
1/4 lbs chestnut mushrooms
Half bunch of tuscan kale
4 Tbsp bacon fat*
Salt & P
* Any fat of choice works here, tallow, oil or whatever greasy mess you have on hand.
Directions:
Heat oven to 425F. Melt bacon fat in a small skillet just enough to fully liquify.
Chop kale and mushrooms into bite size piece. Mushrooms will shrink so you can leave them a bit larger.
Toss everything together in a bowl. Lay out kale and mushrooms on separate cookie trays lined with parchment paper.
Cook until crispy. The kale will finish before the mushrooms.
